Trading card names, set names, artwork, trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

References to Pokémon TCG, Disney Lorcana and related card information are used for catalogue, collection-management, and reference purposes. No ownership of third-party card artwork or trademarks is claimed.

The application may display third-party card artwork and catalogue data.

Market values are estimates and benchmarks, not guaranteed sale prices or professional valuation advice. Real outcomes depend on card condition, language, edition, grading, availability, demand, fees, and buyer behaviour.

Advertisement areas may appear within the free web application where ads are enabled. Paid subscription plans receive an ad-free signed-in account experience.

Paid subscription checkout and billing management are provided through Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing where applicable; Dead Cold Cards does not store full payment card details.
