Dead Cold Cards is a collector-focused application for tracking trading-card collections, wishlists, binders, custom sets, public collector profile preferences, supported trading-card catalogues, scanning features, and related value information.

The service is operated under the Dead Cold Games brand. The legal operator/controller name still needs to be confirmed by the operator before launch.

Users need an account to save collections, use account-specific scanner allowances, manage binders, manage paid subscriptions, and receive plan entitlements. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring the information they add to their account is accurate enough for their own use. Users must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems they are not authorised to use.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that harms availability, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use public profile features to harass, mislead, or abuse other users.

Users control what they add to their collection, wishlist, and custom sets. Public profile features should be used carefully: only information enabled through privacy settings is intended for public display.

Private collection notes, purchase information, and similar private account fields are for the user's own collection management and are not intended to be public profile content.

Pricing and portfolio values are informational estimates sourced or derived from secondary-market data. Values may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Condition, language, edition, grading, buyer demand, fees, and market conditions can materially affect real value. The service does not guarantee a buyer, sale, valuation, or outcome, and collection values should not be treated as financial or investment advice.

Dead Cold Cards offers optional paid subscription plans with plan-specific scanner, binder and AI grading allowances plus an ad-free signed-in experience. The current plan features and prices are described on the Plans page at the time of purchase.

Paid subscription entitlement is linked to the user account used during checkout. Users should make sure they are signed in to the correct account before purchasing.

Where paid web checkout is offered, payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe Checkout shows the applicable price, billing cadence, tax and payment information. Dead Cold Cards does not collect or store full payment card details for Stripe purchases.

Pricing, availability and taxes may change. The price and billing terms displayed by the Plans page and Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase are the relevant purchase information.

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. Approved refunds for Stripe purchases are processed through Stripe where applicable.

The service may display third-party card data, images, pricing references, advertising, payment checkout, or links. Third-party services and data sources may have their own terms and privacy practices.

The application, layout, and original service content belong to the relevant operator or licensors. Card names, artwork, trademarks, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated where needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, handle payment or entitlement misuse, or protect the service.

The service is provided for collection management and reference purposes.

These terms may be updated as the product changes.
